The popular poker tournament known as Aruba Poker Classic is still taking place in the paradisiacal island. During the first event, the three players that accumulated more chips were Jon Favarolo (88,575), Ryan Caldwell (74,475) and Chase Steely (73,525). At the end of the second day event, Jon Favarolo had the same amount of chips than the previous day and kept leading the list of players with more chips, followed by Robert Mizrachi (80,600) y Casey Kastle (78,300).
However until the next Saturday we won’t know who will be this edition winner who, by the way, will be taking home a fantastic prize of $753,330. Is not bad at all, is it?

Playing poker in paradise
The eight edition of the popular poker tournament known as Aruba Classic has already started. In this occasion the tournament is taking place in the luxury Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino where many professional players have already arrived.
The success of this tournament is not surprising at all, as there are not many tournaments that offer the possibility of moving from the poker table to a paradisiacal beach in only a few minutes. The competition, which has already started on the third of October with some satellite tournaments, had its first important event two days after, on Monday the fifth and will be finishing the next Saturday 10th of October. The event director for three consecutive years is Matt Savage.
In any case, we will have to keep an open eye on the results and wait a few more days to know who will be this year champion. Meanwhile, all poker fans that are not in the paradisiacal Aruba Island can keep playing their favourite game in the online poker sites or in their favourite land based casinos.
